Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 2 years of technical training or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to install and repair Roche product lines and provide on-site service.
• Support laboratory customers in the assigned territory and document activities.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
• Maintain records and contribute to quality improvement to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a customer contact for technical issues and preventative maintenance.
