Job summary

Roche is seeking a Field Engineering Specialist to travel within the assigned territory to perform on-site repair and installation of Roche products, delivering service to laboratory customers.

You will diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system issues, document activities, and contribute to quality improvements while maintaining strong customer relationships. Overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical school or equivalent military training or work experience.
• 5 years of progressive experience repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking.
• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of progressive experience is acceptable; training/certification per RD Services Leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Travel and perform on-site service, repair, and installation for Roche products.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
• Document activities and contribute to quality improvement; maximize customer satisfaction.
