You will perform installation, startup, commissioning, and maintenance at customer sites across the USA, troubleshoot complex machines, read schematics, and document service activities. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems with hands-on experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% in the USA.

Aufgaben

• Install, startup, qualification, SAT, and commissioning at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency service, and upgrades.
• Mechanical assembly, cable routing, wiring, and machine setup.
• Troubleshoot faults on automated assembly and test systems.
• Calibrate, align, and diagnose machines; document service reports.
• Create quotations for services, upgrades, and spare parts.
• Support spare parts management, inventory, shipping, and tools.
• Collaborate with service engineers and customers to resolve issues.
• Maintain professional attitude and ensure safe, organized work environments.
• Identify opportunities to sell service contracts, upgrades, and training.
