Job summary

Taylor Hobson is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers across the USA. After a training program, you will install, calibrate, maintain and repair equipment at client sites, provide remote diagnostics, quote services, and travel within North America as needed.

The role requires a degree in electronic or multidisciplinary engineering and 3+ years of electronics and software experience, with the ability to communicate in English and operate CRM and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in electronic, or multi-disciplinary engineering (or equivalent).
• 3+ years’ experience involving electronics & computer/software.

Responsibilities

• Installation and training at customer sites.
• Calibration and maintenance of equipment.
• Service repair and after-sales support / remote troubleshooting.
• Quoting services to customers.
• Travel within North America as required.
