Responsibilities

• Performing field repairs, maintenance and system integration work according to design standards and technical specifications.
• Using AutoCAD and technical documentation to understand system layouts, design intent and installation requirements.
• Conducting testing protocols to verify system performance and document results.
• Collaborating with engineering and design teams to elevate complex issues and support root-cause analysis.
• Maintaining detailed technical records and field reports to support manufacturing and quality teams.
• Supporting customers with system commissioning, training and operational guidance.
