Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or similar roles.
• Strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills with hydraulics knowledge.
• Willingness to travel internationally and possess a valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to identify issues with equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement improvements.
• Train clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits and provide detailed reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide the best service.
