Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for BD automated dispensing systems.
• Respond to, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve service work orders.
• Diagnose and repair hardware/software components with full case ownership.
• Build positive customer relationships and document activities accurately.
• Support installations, preventive maintenance, and calibrations.
• Follow regulatory and company procedures and maintain safety standards.
