Job summary

BD Pyxis Field Service Engineer provides remote and on-site support for automated dispensing systems across the assigned region, including DoD and DHA facilities. You will diagnose and repair hardware/software while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer relationships.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of hardware/software IT support experience, be able to obtain CAC eligibility, and travel as required. A background in medical device repair is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hardware, software and IT support experience.
• Background checks and security credentials may be required for access to certain facilities.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for automated dispensing systems.
• Respond to and resolve work orders within SLAs.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software components with case ownership.
• Travel as required and support CAC eligible government accounts.
