Job summary

BD is seeking Field Service Engineers to support the Pyxis automated dispensing systems across the assigned region. The role involves remote and on-site technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates will travel up to 25% overnight, reside within the territory, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related certifications are a plus.
• 1–3 years in hardware, software and IT support with proprietary and standard apps.
• Excellent communication, documentation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site support for automated dispensing systems.
• Respond to work orders quickly and manage case ownership end-to-end.
• Install, service, calibrate, and troubleshoot systems and components.
• Maintain accurate inventory and document expenses/time in tools.
• Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams for deployments.
