Qualifications

• Associate degree in STEM or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of hardware, software and IT support experience.
• Professional English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, networking and diagnostic tools.
• Experience with remote and on-site technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for automated dispensing systems.
• Respond to, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve service requests within SLAs.
• Diagnose and repair proprietary hardware and software components.
• Perform preventive maintenance, installations, and calibrations.
• Document service activities and maintain assets in good order.
• Support government accounts requiring CAC eligibility.
