Job summary

Waters is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install and service instrumentation in regulated, high-volume environments. You will maintain inventories, complete service documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction in line with GMP standards.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Engineering, possess a valid driver's license and can travel 50% or more. Prior field service and MS Office proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.
• Travel at least 50% of the time.
• Experience fixing medical device instruments and interfacing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Install and service instrumentation with minimum supervision in accordance with ISO and GMP standards.
• Provide follow-up service by contacting customers after service.
• Maintain car stock inventory, test equipment, and technical data.
• Complete service documentation per GMP requirements and manager requests.
• Interface with other departments to resolve customer problems and ensure quality service.
