Job summary

Waters Corporation seeks an Automation Servicer Engineer to service BD Advanced Diagnostics instruments within assigned territory, including nationally as needed. The role requires remote work with travel up to 50% and ability to work flexible hours.

Assigned area includes Burlington, NC; shift hours are 10:00am–7:00pm. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is required, with strong electronics, PLCs, and networking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 10+ years in related field.
• Understanding of electronics, electro-mechanical devices, PLCs, pneumatics.
• Experience with information systems networking and software upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service needs and perform installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
• Drive field service revenue through preventive maintenance and equipment moves.
• Communicate work performed and follow-up plans to customers.
• Schedule and complete system upgrades with customers.
