Waters Corporation is seeking a results-oriented Automation Servicer Engineer to service BD Advanced Diagnostics instruments across assigned territories and nationally on an as-needed basis. The role requires remote work capability with overnight travel on short notice and a strong focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline or 10+ years of relevant troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, upgrade and repair BD Advanced Diagnostics instruments.
• Travel up to 50% and participate in on-call rotation.
• Document issues and resolutions in the systems of record.
