BD, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service and maintain BD Life Sciences equipment at customer sites in clinical and research laboratories across the USA. You will troubleshoot issues, perform on-site repairs, and manage service assets while delivering outstanding customer support and building strong relationships with customers and peers.

The role requires a high school diploma with an associates preferred in engineering or biomedical

Qualificações

• High School diploma required; Associates preferred in electrical, mechanical or Biomed.
• Must be computer literate with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; communicate with customers and peers.
• Willingness to work different shifts, on-call, nights and weekends as needed.
• Valid driving license with good driving record over the last 3 years.

Responsabilidades

• Provide service, preventive maintenance, modifications and installations of BD LifeSiences equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot system failures and perform on-site repairs promptly.
• Manage company assets (phone, computer, tablet, tools, parts).
• Establish positive relationships with customers and peers; coordinate with Technical Support.
• Record time worked, training, expenses and other administrative tasks.
• Provide ongoing feedback to customers on instrument repair and status.
• Coordinate with district leads and dispatch to support customers.
