Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of field service experience in life sciences or medical devices preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting complex electromechanical and optical systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair laboratory instruments on site.
• Diagnose issues using schematics, diagnostics, and manuals; perform repairs.
• Train customers on operation and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain service records and CRM logs with accuracy.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Travel extensively to client sites within a designated region.
