Job summary

Metrohm USA is seeking a Field Service Specialist to support customers across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. You will perform installations, calibrations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on benchtop analytical systems, travelling within the territory to ensure peak instrument performance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience repairing laboratory instrumentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Installations, repairs, calibrations, certifications, PM, and refresher training for benchtop analytical systems.
• Support customers on-site and remotely (phone, email, Teams).
• Manage a dynamic territory schedule.
• Build strong customer relationships through expert service and communication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
