Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in repair of laboratory equipment or similar technical devices.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for field service work.

• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to read technical bulletins.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, maintenance, validations, and repairs per service standards.
• Engage with customers to tailor service offerings and provide training.
• Enhance account profitability through efficient service and billable work.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, telecom gear, and service parts inventory.
• Report improvement opportunities via the quality notification process.
• Complete company training and keep health, safety, and compliance current.
• Handle time reporting and other administrative tasks.
