Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronic Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical or related disciplines.
• Understanding of electronics, electro-mechanical devices (Mechatronics), PLCs, and pneumatics.
• Intermediate knowledge of information systems networking architecture design and set up.
• Intermediate understanding of computer software operating systems and coordinating with IT for upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, upgrade, and repair instruments to meet specifications.
• Collaborate with service and support teams to drive field service revenue.
• Lead communication of work performed and follow-up plans to customers.
• Schedule and complete system upgrades with customers when needed.
• Document all customer issues in appropriate systems for resolution and investigation.
