Job summary

Waters Corporation seeks an Automation Servicer Engineer to service BD Advanced Diagnostics customers within assigned territories and nationally. The role requires self-motivation, remote work ability, and up to 50% travel, including overnight stays.

You will install, maintain, and upgrade laboratory instruments across KiestrA, Microbiology, Molecular, and LC/MS platforms. The candidate should have a BS in Engineering or related fields, solid electronics knowledge, and the ability to interact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Understanding of electronics, electro-mechanical devices, PLCs, and pneumatics.
• Intermediate knowledge of information systems networking architecture and setup.
• Intermediate understanding of computer software operating systems and ability to discuss with IT personnel.

Responsibilities

• Installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of instruments in customer sites.
• Lead field service revenue through preventive maintenance and equipment moves.
• Communicate work performed and provide follow-up plans to customers.
• Coordinate system upgrades with customers and schedule field activities.
