Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Friona, TX is seeking an experienced IT support professional to handle on-site and remote hardware, software, and infrastructure tasks. You will perform break-fix, asset management, procurement, and basic network/troubleshooting duties across campus environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT support, ITIL/MCSE knowledge, and strong communication skills. The role includes off-hours support and opportunities to assist with small infrastructure projects within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT/infrastructure.
• MCSE/MCP or ITIL knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide break fix support for designated equipment; off-hours and weekends if needed.
• Maintain and repair computer systems, hardware and peripherals.
• Document and upgrade hardware/software; manage assets and inventory.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally; handle service calls end-to-end.
• Install wires/cables, test wiring, and ensure specifications are met.
• Assist with procurement and support remote locations as required.
• Backup data, perform asset refresh, and provide executive support.
