Responsibilities

• Provide break‑fix IT support for designated equipment in office/plant settings, including after hours.
• Maintain and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals; document upgrades.
• Handle asset procurement, inventory control, and asset returns.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form; complete service calls and admin tasks.
• Support rest of locations remotely if needed and participate in small infrastructure projects.
