Job summary

Kentro is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support VA-ESOM- End Point Support and Operations Monitoring across the United States. The role covers on-site and remote customer support for government IT equipment and services, with travel to VA locations as needed.

The position requires hands-on system administration, problem diagnosis, and strong customer-facing skills. Candidates must meet physical requirements and be US citizens or permanent residents, with a willingness to travel for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering/technical discipline or 8 years of additional relevant experience.
2+ years of experience in IT Technical Support, Help Desk or System Administration.
Candidates must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

Support the Government with installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of computer systems and equipment.
Deliver remote and desk-side technical support, respond to IT support tickets, diagnose and repair hardware and software.
Maintain Active Directory and system accounts, support connectivity and client applications, and assist with LAN/WAN services.
