Job summary

Responsibilities include on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, new equipment installations, customer training, and collaboration with sales for demos and service offers. BA in engineering preferred; 3–5 years field service experience a plus.

Qualifications

• BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years mission-critical field service experience a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical system theory and operation
• Possess interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Willing and able to share knowledge and conduct training to diverse audiences.
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Effective time management skills; able to prioritize multiple activities and commitments.

Responsibilities

• Perform general field service repair and maintenance to support customers and installed machine base.
• Resolve operational issues in the field; troubleshoot as needed.
• Determine customer needs and offer recommendations.
• Contribute to business growth through technical involvement and teamwork.
• Installations, training, maintenance, and service-related activities as directed by management.
• Collaborate with sales for machine demos, installations, and training.
