Project Engineer (Technical Lead) | Drive Complex Projects from Concept to Completion

We’re looking for a high-impact Project Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and wants to take ownership of complex engineering projects from start to finish. This is more than a coordination role—you’ll be the technical leader, trusted advisor to customers, and a key driver of project success.

• Lead the technical execution of projects—ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, guiding decisions and resolving challenges quickly
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep engineering schedules, budgets, and deliverables on track
• Manage RFIs, change requests, and technical communications with clarity and urgency
• Oversee document control and submittals to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Partner with vendors, manufacturing, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes
• Support project kickoff meetings, site walkdowns, and customer engagements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical Engineering (or similar)
• ~5+ years of experience in project-based engineering or technical project leadership
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams
• Experience working directly with customers, including handling change management and technical discussions
• Strong communication skills—you’re confident interfacing with stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Willingness to travel and support global projects when needed
