Qualifications

• BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3-5 years mission-critical field service experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Willing to share knowledge and train others.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service repair and maintenance to support customers and machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues; identify customer needs and offer solutions.
• Install new equipment, train customers, and perform routine and emergency repairs.
• Collaborate with sales for demos, training, and customer follow-up.
• Maintain technical competency on Markem-Imaje products through training and field exposure.
• Ensure customer satisfaction aligns with quality guidelines.
