Job summary

Markem-Imaje North America is seeking a Field Service Representative to deliver, install, repair, maintain, and test equipment across our customer base in the Cincinnati area.

You will troubleshoot operational issues in the field, perform installations, provide customer training, and collaborate with sales to extend service offerings. A BA in engineering is preferred, with 3–5 years of field service experience and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of field service experience a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Willing to share knowledge and train diverse audiences.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service repair and maintenance to support customers and installed base.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues; follow up and document results.
• Determine customer needs and provide product/service recommendations.
• Support sales with demos, training and courtesy calls as needed.
• Install new equipment and provide customer training and maintenance services.
