Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) seeks a self-motivated Field Service Representative with experience in industrial automation to install, repair and maintain Markem-Imaje equipment. You will perform on-site servicing, troubleshoot issues, train customers and help grow service contracts.

The role requires基本 BA in Engineering and strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems; travel within assigned territory is expected, with a focus on delivering quality support

Qualifications

• BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Solid understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service repair and maintenance on Markem-Imaje equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues; perform installations and training.
• Collaborate with sales for demos, training and follow-up activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain technical competency on Markem-Imaje products.
