Job summary

Intuitive Surgical in the United States is seeking a Field Service Support Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair surgical systems within an assigned territory. You will perform preventive maintenance, software updates, and field upgrades; conduct trainings at hospitals and facilities; and document service activities with thorough reports.

1-3 years field service experience preferred.
Associate's degree or equivalent training.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Ability to lift 75 lbs and move wheeled objects up to 1,200 lbs.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair Intuitive surgical products and associated equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance, system inspections, software updates, and field upgrades.
Conduct training sessions at hospitals and training facilities for end-users.
Document service activities, maintain records, and submit comprehensive reports.
Manage assigned territory including customer relationships and system configurations.
