Job summary

Intuitive seeks a Field Service Engineer 2 in the United States to install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our products within your designated area. Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with all department and company policies.
• Provide quarterly reviews of your assigned area of responsibility.
• Document service activities, maintain records, and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
• Complete all administrative tasks in the required time frame.
• Provide technical support to end-users and other Intuitive employees.
• Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation.
• Complete all required or assigned training, including equipment training and professional development.
