Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Field Service Engineer 2 to install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products in the assigned territory, ensuring service agreements and warranties are fulfilled and customer expectations are exceeded.

The role requires electro-mechanical expertise, specialized training, and excellent customer service and communication. Travel ~60% within policy and a flexible shift may be required, with residence near the territory.

Formación

• 1–3 years of Field Service experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience preferred.
• Proven track record of troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong administrative and record keeping skills.

Responsabilidades

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products in assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, software updates, and system recalls within designated timeframes.
• Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and OR protocol knowledge.
• Complete administrative duties (spare parts, expense reports) within prescribed timeframes.
