Job summary

Lam Research Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site repair, maintenance, and installation services for complex semiconductor equipment at customer sites. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues, coordinate with Lam teams and customers, and maintain certifications to ensure uptime and performance.

This graduate-eligible role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Engineering and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience or advanced degree without experience.
Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed; onsite Fort Collins, CO.
Ability to work in a clean room environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site repair, maintenance, and installation/start-up services for Lam equipment at customer sites.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues to minimize downtime and equipment malfunctions.
Maintain knowledge of semiconductor capital equipment and Lam products through training and certification.
Coordinate activities with Lam and customers, maintaining records and reports.
Represent Lam professionally, delivering high customer satisfaction and transparent communication.
