Lam Research is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site repair, maintenance, and installation services for semiconductor equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate activities between Lam and customers.

The role requires traveling domestically and internationally, flexibility for various shifts, and a solid background in electronics/engineering. Lam offers hybrid work models and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience or advanced degree without experience.
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally; flexible to work various shifts including overtime and on-call.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site repair, maintenance service, and installation/relocation start-up services of Lam’s systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, isolate issues to component level, and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Stay up-to-date on semiconductor capital equipment and Lam products through training and certification.
• Maintain records and reports coordinating activities between Lam and the customer.
• Serve as a subject matter expert representing Lam to customers and ensuring satisfaction.
