Lam Research is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site repair, maintenance, and installation of complex semiconductor equipment. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and minimize downtime while coordinating with Lam and customers to ensure service excellence.

You will also maintain knowledge of Lam tools, communicate effectively with customers, and travel as required to support installations and service across sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Graduate eligible role.
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site repair, maintenance, installation at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose to minimize downtime and equipment malfunctions.
• Keep up to date on semiconductor capital equipment and Lam products.
• Maintain records and coordinate activities between Lam and the customer.
• Serve as a subject matter expert representing Lam to customers and deliver satisfaction.
• Discuss opportunities and challenges with customers to increase trust.
• Update customers on tool status as needed.
