Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Ability to interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and operation manuals.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; on-site role in Roseville, CA.
• Graduate eligible; able to work on-site in a cleanroom environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site repair, maintenance, and installation/relocation start-up at customer sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, isolate issues to component level; minimize downtime.
• Maintain records and reports coordinating Lam and the customer.
• Serve as a subject matter expert delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Discuss opportunities and challenges with customers to build trust.
• Update customer on status of Lam tools.
