Lam Research Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform on-site repair, maintenance, and installation services at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate with Lam and customers to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.

Members should be able to travel domestically and internationally, work in a clean room environment with PPE, and adapt to various shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field or graduate eligible.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality on-site repair, maintenance service, and complete installation/relocation start-up services at customer sites.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot, isolate issues to component level, and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records and reports coordinating between Lam and the customer.
• Serve as a Lam subject matter expert delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Discuss opportunities and challenges with customers to increase trust.
