Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Document service activities and provide reports to stakeholders.
• Provide technical support to end-users and Intuitive employees.
• Conduct trainings at Intuitive facilities, training centers, and hospitals.
• Perform preventive maintenance, software updates, and system inspections.
• Coordinate system deliveries and installations.
• Maintain tools and company assets.
• Collaborate with Sales and other teams to meet company goals.
• Participate in required training and process-improvement initiatives.
