Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Field Service Support Engineer 2 in the United States to install, support, troubleshoot, and repair our robotic-assisted surgery systems. You will manage service delivery within your territory, ensuring warranty obligations are met and customer expectations are surpassed.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams, perform scheduled maintenance, and provide training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking to resolve technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and teammates.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work flex shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products.
• Provide technical support to end users and colleagues.
• Coordinate system delivery, installation, and basic training.
• Document service activities and report to stakeholders.
