Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent training in a related field.
• 1–3 years of field service experience preferred.
• Proven troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair of Intuitive products in assigned territory.
• Coordinate system delivery and installation.
• Maintain inventory, field reports, and asset tracking.
• Travel ~60% within policy and guidelines.
• Support Sales and Genesis teams with related tasks and training.
