Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel up to 75% and visit customer sites; valid driver's license
• Strong knowledge of electronic systems and troubleshooting of complex medical equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair medical systems and equipment on site
• Educate medical staff on equipment use and safety protocols
• Provide technical support for field escalations and warranty inquiries
• Document service events and system updates using internal tools
• Adhere to SOPs, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate with internal teams and leadership about service priorities
