• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products in designated area

• Coordinate system installation and hardware delivery and setup
• Adhere to OR protocols and HIPAA standards
• Attend trainings and provide hospital-based training as needed
• Support Sales teams with trade show and field activities
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company assets
• Assist and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
