Job summary

ZEISS is seeking a Field Support Engineer II to install, repair, upgrade and maintain Carl Zeiss Meditec instrumentation across a defined territory. You will represent ZEISS at customer locations and manage company property while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing products, scheduling visits, submitting field service reports, and promoting service agreements. A+ and Net+ certifications are preferred; BS in Electronics/Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in Electronics, Fine Mechanics, Optics or Medical Field Service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair designated products in the service territory, including preventative maintenance, installations and upgrades.
