Job summary

ZEISS Group in Salt Lake City is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to install, repair, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on Zeiss Meditec instrumentation in a designated field service territory. You will represent ZEISS at customer sites, strive for high customer satisfaction, and maintain professional communication with the team, customers, management and sales support.

Qualifications

• BS in Electronics, Engineering, or Computer Technology or related field.
• A+ and Net+ certifications preferred.
• Strong problem solving and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance on specified instrumentation in the field.
• Represent ZEISS at customer sites and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional communication with team, customers, management, and Sales/Tech Support.
