Waters Corporation is seeking a Field Service Specialist to join its Worcester, MA area team. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot Waters instruments (LC/LC-MS/HPLC-UPLC/SFC) at customer sites, delivering hands-on training and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

You will build strong customer relationships, communicate progress, and coordinate with Sales on new service opportunities while traveling as needed to support laboratories across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or Biology or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with scientific instrumentation preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot Waters instruments (LC/LC-MS/HPLC-UPLC/SFC) and informatics.
• Build effective relationships with customers to ensure success.
• Communicate work performed and provide a follow-up plan as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Deliver system-level training at customer sites.
• Run service inventories per Waters policies.
• Document service reports daily.
• Identify future service opportunities with Sales.
• Uphold Health & Safety standards at all times.
