Job summary

You will install, maintain, troubleshoot and support Waters instrument systems while building strong customer relationships.

This role requires 2+ years of instrumentation experience, a BS/BA in a relevant science, and the ability to travel overnight, including international, to ensure service excellence and customer

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and end-user support of scientific instrumentation.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing.
• Ability to travel overnight, including international travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Install, perform maintenance and troubleshoot Waters product suite (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC, Informatics).
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Lead customer expectations and provide follow-up plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Waters health & safety standards.
• Provide system training at customer sites and manage service inventory.
• Submit field service reports documenting work performed daily.
• Maintain knowledge of technology and customer application needs.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify future service opportunities.
• Adhere to quality and health & safety procedures at all times.
