Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a Field Service Specialist to join our Southern NJ/Delaware team. You will install, maintain and troubleshoot our LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC and informatics systems at customer laboratories across multiple industries.

You will establish strong relationships with external and internal customers, lead the service process, deliver on-site training, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards while supporting ongoing service sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or Biology, engineering or related science field.
• 2 years of experience with installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of scientific instrumentation (Waters preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot Waters’ product suite (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC, Informatics).
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and ensure success.
• Provide on-site system training and documentation of service work.
