Job summary

Outset Medical, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain the Tablo Dialysis System across customer sites and patient homes in the United States.

You will work with clinical staff and patients, providing expert technical support and ensuring documentation aligns with quality systems. Extensive travel is expected, including overnight stays, with collaboration across Production, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and R&D to support continuous product

Qualifications

• Associates degree recommended or military equivalent.
• 5+ years Field Service/Industry experience required.
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and fluids components.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems at customer facilities or patient’s homes.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance including calibrations and upgrades.
• Deliver first and second level technical support to customers, including after-hours coverage.
• Accurately document all service activities and manage spares inventory.
