Job summary

Outset Medical is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to install, service, and repair the Tablo Dialysis System at customer facilities and patient homes across the United States. The role requires diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering high-quality technical support.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales while contributing to training materials and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Field Service/Industry experience required.
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and fluids components.
• Must have valid driver’s license and own transportation until company fleet car is provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems at customer facilities or patient homes.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance including calibrations and upgrades.
• Serve as technical SME on the Tablo product for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide first and second level technical support, including after-hours coverage.
• Document all service activities and manage inventory and ERP entries.
• Support Marketing and Sales for seminars or demonstrations as required.
• Provide feedback to R&D regarding performance and customer comments.
