Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support for complex enterprise server environments in the Buffalo area.

The role requires hands-on expertise with x86 server hardware, diagnostics, break/fix services, and strong customer communication, with travel of 75% or more.

You will diagnose hardware, BIOS and OS issues, perform repairs, and document findings while collaborating with account managers and engineers.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience servicing complex x86 server systems.
• Strong hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (Supermicro, Dell, HPE/HP, EMC).

Mansioni

• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for enterprise server equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, BIOS, driver, OS, and application issues.
• Perform break/fix services, preventive maintenance, and parts replacement.
• Travel to customer sites to resolve issues and provide training.
