Job summary

Park Place Technologies, LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site diagnostic and repair support for data center hardware across a defined territory in the United States. You will travel to client sites, troubleshoot servers and storage devices, and ensure service levels are met.

You will routinely diagnose hardware, coordinate with the support center, and manage parts and documentation to minimize downtime. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with OEM data center hardware and related components.
• CompTia A+ and Server+ certifications preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite diagnostic and analysis support for data center hardware within territory.
• Respond to customer service needs, perform repairs, and minimize downtime.
• Handle inventory/parts management and accurate time reporting.
• Coordinate with support center and document activities for SLA compliance.
