Acuative seeks experienced Field Service Engineers to provide on-site and remote technical support for complex enterprise server environments. The role requires hands-on work with x86 server hardware, diagnostics, and strong customer communication.

You will travel 75% or more, service systems from major vendors, and collaborate with account managers to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and continuous service improvements.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on service for complex x86 server systems.
• Experience with enterprise hardware and diagnostics.
• Ability to diagnose BIOS, firmware, drivers, OS, and applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for enterprise servers.
• Diagnose hardware, BIOS, driver, OS, and application issues.
• Perform break/fix, preventive maintenance, and parts replacement.
• Coordinate escalations and manage repair cycles to meet SLAs.
• Create technical documentation and training materials.
• Travel to customer sites and mentor new Field Service Engineers.
